Less than 2 minutes of video shows the progress on a few hours and days of work. This pastel painting was sourced from a photo I took from the Singing Bridge, looking toward the bridge leading to Kentucky's Capitol.

The Military History Museum is on the hill in the background.

The vivid blues of the sky and reflection in the water are what really attracted me. The pure colors of pastel really work to capture that brilliance.
